Overstock.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSTK) announced that it filed its amended complaint against defendants Goldman Sachs and Bank of America subsidiary Merrill Lynch. The amended complaint includes a claim under New Jersey's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.
